Resolved Question: Colleges for Masters in Microbiology?

I'm doing B.tech in biotechnology 3rd year and want to apply for a masters in microbiology in USA or Germany. I'm preparing for GRE and TOEFL. these are some colleges I've searched about. Please help me in shortlisting considering that my CGPA is 6.5/10. I'm hopeful that my GRE would be good (my English and my profile are good).
