Resolved Question: Does anyone ever bought Alineware from Dell.com?

I live in Cambodia, and I have a dealer in California buy one for me from Dell.com. He lives in long beach California and I was wondering how many percent for the tax from Dell to California, long beach. He charge me 10% though, which I think it's too much as it will cost me almost 300$. I did called Dell but they can't provide me anything as they sai that the charg is different from state to state.
